We specialise in traditional English baking and our wide range of fruit cakes, sponges, tea breads and pavlovas are mouth-wateringly good. We still make and ice each cake by hand, baked the way cakes should be, with real locally sourced ingredients and nothing artificial added. Our cakes are truly English and truly traditional. With a workforce of 14, Farmhouse Cookery is based in the picturesque village of Bosham on the south coast.

Farmhouse Cookery is run by Jason Burt, who joined the company in 1990. Jason took over the family business from his mother, Gina, when she moved to Scotland. He has fond childhood memories of his mother’s baking and proudly carries on the family tradition of baking handmade cakes with real ingredients.
